Australian Maritime Operation Procedure:

Customers and businesses fill in booking, sign or affix company seals. Customers provide shipper’s information (personal ID card copy or photo, company’s business license), consignee’s information (personal passport copy or photo, company’s ABN tax number, etc.).

When the booking is completed, business provides warehouse receipt or warehouse number. Customers deliver the goods to the designated warehouse according to the warehouse receipt or warehouse address. Note: The log commodities or log packaging to Australia needs fumigation, wood packaging and must not carry bark, worms and mildew.

If the receipt is completed and the goods need to be repackaged, the business should be arranged for repackaging. When the packaging is finished, fumigation should be arranged in time.

Arrange the loading, when it completed, customers need to provide detailed information about the name of the goods, the number of pieces, the value of the goods and so on.

To arrange customs declaration, we are responsible for the whole process: filling in customs declaration documents to customs declaration to release and sailing.

Waiting for the arrival of the ship after sailing, we arrange customs clearance after arrival, and we are also responsible for the invoices for the boxes used for customs clearance in Australia. After the customs clearance is completed, we contact the consignee, make an appointment for the delivery time, then arrange the delivery to the door, after the consignee signed and received, the whole transportation ends.
